A hole day of traveling across England. Started from home 05.45 this morning. Tired. I have a few meetings in London tomorrow and my label guy is taking me from Portsmouth to London at 150 km per h tomorrow morning. I managed to get some new samples in the can today. My little Akai lpk 25 is perfect on the plane and the train. I’m trying out Jens Bjørneboe’s poem “Mitt hjerte” as a live intro to one of my new songs and I’ve put it into the EXS24 sampler in Mainstage so I can trigger it live from my keyboard. A lot of experimenting on the live set nowadays. It’s very exciting. David is so creative when it comes to the live set up and he is playing all the instruments you would normally need 4 people to do. He is a true resource.
He is a bit grumpy sometimes, I must admit. But too talented to get mad at. Most of the time.
